The Bluff View Collective is a multi-property rental located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Our properties offer a space for large groups (up to 13) to gather and stay. The Bluff View Collective is the perfect place for extended families, friend groups, and corporate retreats.

Your reservation includes two adjacent homes, each with two private units, as well as a separate rustic studio. Rates - $600/night (3 night minimum) + $250 cleaning fee + tax

Pets - 2 well-behaved, vaccinated dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $50/dog

Seasonal bookings - The Bluff View Collective is available May 1 through November 1. Looking for off-season dates? Please include this in the reason for your stay and we will see if we can accomodate.

Frequently Asked Questions

You must book all the properities as one during peak season (May 1 to Nov 1). We may consider individual property reservations in the off season.
We love dogs! You are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, vaccinated pups with you for a flat fee of $50 per dog. Dogs are welcome to use the fenced-in yard behind House #1. Keep in mind that the fence does not go all the way to the ground in some areas and is only about 3 feet tall. Also, please be aware that the adjacent yard (behind House #2) is not fenced in and your dog should not be unleashed on this side. There are frequent trains and we would hate to have something happen to your pet.

Lastly, we ask that you clean up after your dog. We offer complimentary poop bags for your use.
Yes. In House #1, there is a stairwell from the upstairs kitchen to the lower living room. These doors can be closed for privacy or opened to allow access to both. In House #2, both bedrooms open to a shared kitchen, allowing access throughout the home.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of booking confirmation, we will issue you a full refund.
If your plans change after that period, we will work with you to reschedule, if possible.
