The Bluff View Collective

The Bluff View Collective is a multi-property rental located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Our properties offer a space for large groups (up to 13) to gather and stay. The Bluff View Collective is the perfect place for extended families, friend groups, and corporate retreats.

Your reservation includes two adjacent homes, each with two private units, as well as a separate rustic studio. You’ll have access to both backyards and outdoor amenities including a large deck, two covered patios, two fire pits and a swing set. Additional questions? Frequently Asked Questions

  • When available, we offer the option to reserve just House #1 + The Studio. We do, however, recommend the full reservation to truly get the collective-style experience.

  • We love dogs! You are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, vaccinated pups with you for a flat fee of $50 per dog. Dogs are welcome to use the fenced-in yard behind House #1. Keep in mind that the fence does not go all the way to the ground in some areas and is only about 3 feet tall. Also, please be aware that the adjacent yard (behind House #2) is not fenced in and your dog should not be unleashed on this side. There are frequent trains and we would hate to have something happen to your pet.


    Lastly, we ask that you clean up after your dog. We offer complimentary poop bags for your use (along with toys and other supplies).

  • Yes! We are moms and we love kids. The backyard behind House #1 has a wooden playset with a slide and swings. We also keep the place stocked with indoor and outdoor toys, board games, and kid-sized decor (check out the tchotchkes in the Green Door). If you need a Pack n Play for your stay, we can provide one upon request.

  • Yes. In House #1, there is a stairwell from the upstairs kitchen to the lower living room. These doors can be closed for privacy or opened to allow access to both. In House #2, both bedrooms open to a shared kitchen, allowing access throughout the home.

  • If you need to cancel within 48 hours of booking confirmation, we will issue you a full refund.

    If your plans change after that period, we will work with you to reschedule, if possible.

  • Absolutely! Either way works. The only difference is that you will save on fees when you reserve with Yes Gurl directly. Book via Airbnb.
